Some questions we have been asked
A number of our clients have contacted us with questions regarding our latest project and I thought I would share these with you:
Q. Can I invest less than the full £58,950
A. YES - you can invest from as little as £30,000 and still enjoy the same return
Q. Are the units ready to move into?
A. YES - all the construction work was completed on time and to a great standard
Q. Have all the units have been tenanted?
A. YES - within two weeks of completion and at the full asking prices
Q. Where is the development?
A. The development is in Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands. We are firm believers that location is one of the key ingredients is choosing the right property location and that is why we have chosen Stoke. You can find out more by reading the attached brochure and visiting http://www.stdavidgroup.com/news/ The relevant article is 'The five rights of property investment and why we chose Stoke-on-Trent ' <http://www.stdavidgroup.com/news/five-rights-property-investment-chose-develop-stoke-trent/> Some people have a natural preference for cities such London or Manchester, but having seen the brochure and the reasons for investing in Stoke they have changed their mind. The units can be occupied by young professionals etc. as well as students. There is strong rental demand for quality properties in Stoke and with 3,000 extra students moving to the area in 2016, the prospects going forward are excellent. As we are the developer and managing agent, you can be confident that the units have been completed to a high standard and we will handle everything going forward.
