Dear Sir / Madam,

Warm greetings from KLRCA.

I would like to share a recent development in line with our rebranding efforts in re-establishing KLRCA as the preferred arbitration centre in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Some of you may have already received our new information kit along with our new brochures, and a copy of the latest KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2010.

I am pleased to inform our new website is now ready and is accessible at www.rcakl.org.my

We have introduced a new look and feel to embody our intended aspiration befitting the pride and recognition of Asia's oldest arbitration centre.

When you log-on to our new website, you will notice a revamp of functionalities complementing a personalised approach to user browsing experience. Among a few key features are:

1. Clear and simple navigation

2. Modern and interactive functions

3. Resource centre

4. Digitised samples of ADR materials with download option

5. An online information and enquiry option

I would like to encourage you to take some time to visit our new website, and I hope you will find it refreshing, engaging and useful.

Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,
