Update | Relocation of the Bar Council Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur)

Order 42 rule 13 prescribed a time frame for the filing of an application to set aside a JID, that is, within thirty days after the receipt of the order or judgment. Non-compliance to file within the time prescribed will entail the party making the application to seek for an extension or enlargement of time from the court and deposing in the affidavit in support the reason for the delay in making such an application. If these two basic requirements are not complied with, the court may not entertain and may dismiss such an application
