Dialogue with the Secretary of the Malaysian Bar

The Secretary of the Malaysian Bar, Karen Cheah Yee Lynn, will visit selected states to conduct training for the Continuing Professional Development ("CPD") Camps 2016 (kindly refer to Circular No 145/2016 dated 23 June 2016 for more information.) 

The CPD Camps 2016 are for the benefit of Members admitted to the Malaysian Bar from 1 July 2011 onwards, and pupils in chambers who commence their pupillage from 1 July 2016.

These visits will provide a suitable opportunity for any Member of the Bar or pupil in chambers to participate in a dialogue with the Secretary of the Malaysian Bar, where they may raise issues or concerns and/or put forward suggestions to improve legal services or the services provided by the Bar Council.

The details of the dialogue sessions are as follows:

(2)    Membership number (for Members of the Bar only);
(3)    NRIC No (for pupils in chambers only);

(6)    Mobile telephone number; and
(7)    Date of session you wish to attend.
