Behavioural Leadership

Date    :   16 & 17 May 2016
Time    :   9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Venue  :   Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

*Register NOW and get a complimentary copy of  "A Guide to Improving Work Practices" worth RM195

The Hallmark Of A Successful Leader Is One With The Right Behaviours – Do You Have What It Takes?

It is the behavioural differences in successful leaders that fuel the most rewarding gains and it is that brand of leadership that is the hallmark of the world's most enduring companies.

Ask yourself these 2 questions:
  • Have you raised and even removed the "leadership lid" that is holding back your leadership potential?
  • Do you have the power of leading others according to their values?

Your coach Gilbert Ng, certified by John C Maxwell, will implement for you a framework called 5 Levels of Leadership. You will find surprising self-revelation as you go through the process which will be the foundation and fulcrum for changes in your thinking, your current best practices, and your leadership behaviour.

CCH Executive Events present a two-day interactive exchange workshop led by engaging facilitators — a chance for you and your people to interact with other leaders who are just as intentional about personal and professional growth as you are. It also gives you the opportunity to evaluate probable outcomes which are determined by decisions you are making right now. In an easy to implement framework called Five Levels of Leadership, you will be given tools to purposefully and privately assess the current level of your leadership.

It is the behavioural differences in successful leaders that fuel the most rewarding gains and it is that brand of leadership that is the hallmark of the world's most enduring companies. This surprising self-revelation will be the foundation and fulcrum for changes in your thinking, your current best practices, and your leadership behaviour. Together you'll work on understanding the core competencies of successful leadership at all levels while developing a Leadership Action Plan to translate these new discoveries into behaviours which have a measurable impact on your entire organisation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Anyone looking to gain a practical insight into effective leadership and to enhance their leadership abilities –
Managers, Head of Departments, Team Leaders and Supervisors.

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING

At the end of the program, you will be able to understand and apply the technique of self-motivation and effective supervision: -

ü  Learn how to recognise, raise, and even remove the "leadership lid" that is holding back your leadership potential.
ü  Participate in a true hands-on "workshop" where kinesthetic activities and group problem solving help solidify theoretical concepts.
ü  Unpack the meaning of "values based" leadership and the power of leading others according to their values.
ü  Capture the most important "concept kernels" through purposeful facilitator-led exercises.
ü  Interact with peers through facilitator-led discussions designed to help you make practical applications for your unique work environment.
ü  Create a LEADERSHIP ACTION PLAN to ensure behavioural change — almost 80% of what is learned in most training environments is lost
because it is not implemented and applied with consistency and accountability.
