To Members of the Malaysian Bar
Election to Bar Council 2019/2020
Pursuant to sections 50(2) and 50(3) of the Legal Profession Act 1976 ("LPA"), I am enclosing a ballot paper containing the names of the candidates who have been nominated for election to Bar Council for the year 2019/2020.
Please tick in the box provided next to the name of each candidate for whom you wish to vote, and return the ballot paper to the Bar Council Secretariat in the enclosed envelope not later than 5:30 pm on 30 Nov 2018 (Friday).  The address to which the ballot paper must be returned is 15 Leboh Pasar Besar, 50050 Kuala Lumpur.  Each Member is entitled to vote for a maximum of 12 candidates.
The three scrutineers appointed by Bar Council pursuant to section 50(2)(e) of the LPA are:
