Panel Discussion: With Malaysia successfully hosting the 29thSouth East Asian Games and the entry of more international sporting events at the shores of Asia, the time has come for Malaysia to step up and seize the opportunity to be recognized as the hub for sports dispute resolution. There is a need for resolution of disputes in the sports industry not only in Malaysia but also for the ASEAN region, and arbitration has been known to be an effective medium for such resolution. What and how does Malaysia as a nation move forward to build itself as a sporting nation?
