Request for Feedback on Issues Faced by Small Firms
The Bar Council Small Firm Practice and Future of Law Committee ("Committee") aims to assist sole proprietors and partners of small law firms to operate and manage their firms in a more effective and efficient manner, so as to increase their competitiveness and to achieve their full potential.
We therefore request that Members who are sole proprietors or Managing Partners of small law firms provide feedback on the issues they encounter in operating their firms, as well as their expectations from other stakeholders in their practice.
Please complete the questionnaire prepared by the Committee, which is available online here, and submit it on or before 18 Dec 2017 (Monday).  The Committee will review the collated information and consider possible solutions to the issues faced by small law firms.
Please direct all correspondence and enquiries to Vanimalar Money Selvam, Officer (03-2050 2100; vanimalar@malaysianbar.org.my).  All correspondence and documents received will be kept confidential, and will be disclosed only to the extent that is necessary.

Thank you.
