Appeals Court reduces Quantum of Damages to RM114,800 to Aminulrasyid's Family
PUTRAJAYA, June 2 (Bernama) - The Court of Appeal today upheld the High Court decision that the shooting of teenager Aminulrasyid Amzah by a policeman in 2010 was unjustified but reduced the quantum of damages to RM114,800 to be awarded to his family.
