Briefing Sessions on E-Filing (Penang and Perak) | Expansion of E-Court System
We refer to Circular No 275/2016 entitled "Expansion of E-Court System Throughout Malaysia | Briefing Sessions in Ayer Keroh and Kuantan", dated 9 Dec 2016, in which we informed Members regarding the expansion of the e-Court/e-Kehakiman system (Phase 2) to all courts throughout Peninsular Malaysia, which that commenced in Malacca on 22 Dec 2016 (Thursday), and in Kuantan on 16 Jan 2017 (Monday). 

Phase 2 of the e-Court system will introduce a wider range of functionalities. 
Please note that, with the expansion of the e-Court system, only a limited number of service bureau counters will still be in operation.  Law firms are encouraged to register for an e-filing account to avoid long queues at the service bureau counters.
Briefing sessions, open only to Members of the Bar, will be held in order to assist Members to understand the e-filing process of the system.
The details of the upcoming briefing sessions are as follows:

Admission is free but advance registration is required.
