Prof. Dato' Salleh Buang formerly served as a Federal Counsel in the Attorney-General's Chambers, Kuala Lumpur (1970-1975) before he left for private legal practice, then the corporate sector and finally academia. In 1990, he went into full-time consulting, specialising in land law and development, housing law, construction law, planning and environmental law. Prof. Dato' is an author of more than 25 books and monographs, including "Malaysian Law in Housing Development, The Malaysian Torrens System", "Smart Growth" etc.,
Over the past 3 decades, he has conducted numerous workshops, seminars, corporate briefings and courses for lawyers and their support staff, senior management in the corporate and public sector as well as members of the Islamic Judiciary in Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and (of late) Brunei Darussalam. He now writes regularly on the subject matter in various publications, daily newspapers and news portal.
Until 2013, he was a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Geoinformation and Real estate, UTM, Johor. He is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War (KLFCW).

2.Mr. R. Girubaharan, Advocate and Solicitor
R. Girubaharan is a former government officer who served the Government of Malaysia for a term of 36 years. During his tenure of service, he had been posted to 6 different Ministries/ Departments. His last 12 years of service was with the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Enforcement Division, whereupon pursuant to Section 4 of the Housing Development (Control & Licensing) Act 1966 (Act 118), he was appointed by the Minister as an Inspector of Housing.
Being an Inspector of Housing, Giru, as he is generally known, was involved with the enforcement of Act 118 and the Regulations therein, which among others, was the drawing up of investigation papers to be submitted to the Public Prosecutor and upon approval preparing the Charge Sheet for the Public Prosecutor to prosecute errant companies/ persons who have violated the provisions of Act 118 and the Regulations therein.
Having the knowledge on the Strata Titles Act, 1985, the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007, Giru regularly speaks at property seminars and conducts courses for developers and corporate sector. He has presented a paper on the topic of "Maintenance and Management of Stratified Buildings" at the FIABCI Malaysia Seminar 2009 held on 30 September 2009.
He is also a vivid writer and from time to time his articles on property laws are published in the New Straits Times. Giru, went on to read law in the year 2000 and in 2003 obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London. In 2005 he passed his CLP and on 29 June 2006 was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya.
