Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting-up with Managing Judge (Civil High Court Selangor), Yang Arif Datuk Ramly Bin Haji Ali, together in attendance with all Civil High Court Judges in Shah Alam.



Herein, we are seeking any complaints (if any) from our members in reference to daily practice in Civil and Family High Courts in Shah Alam.



Please do kindly provide us the details of any complaints in writing.



However the name of the lawyer or law firm will not be disclosed without prior approval from the said lawyer/law firm.

 Join Us on a "Lawatan Sambil Belajar" to Parliament! (19 Nov 2015)
The Bar Council National Young Lawyers Committee ("NYLC") is organising a "lawatan sambil belajar" to the Parliament of Malaysia, on 19 Nov 2015 (Thursday).  The objective of the study visit is to provide young lawyers and pupil in chambers with a first-hand experience of the Federal lawmaking process.

During the visit, participants will have the opportunity to observe the proceedings in Parliament as well as to meet and learn from Members of Parliament.

The following are details of the visit:

Date:          19 Nov 2015 (Thursday)
Time:         9:30 am to 1:00 pm
Venue:       Parliament of Malaysia, Parliament Building, 50680 Kuala Lumpur
