Seminar on Introduction to ICC Arbitration: An Insight into
the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration (15 June 2012)
The International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") is organising a seminar on "Introduction to ICC Arbitration: An Insight into the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration". Details are as follows:

The ICC Rules of Arbitration, which are used worldwide to resolve hundreds of business disputes each year, have been newly revised to take account of current requirements and developments in arbitration practice and procedure since the last revision in 1998. The new Rules took effect on 1 Jan 2012. The seminar will explain the key changes made to the Rules with some case studies and application of the Rules. The seminar will also present the practical aspects of arbitrating disputes under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
The speakers are mainly senior practitioners with extensive experience in ICC arbitration.
As the Bar Council is one of the supporting organisations of the seminar, Members of the Bar are entitled to register for the seminar at a special rate of RM300 per participant.
