A judgment is not required to be served on the judgment debtor prior to the institution of bankruptcy proceedings

In RE MOHD TAUFIC OZIER; EX PARTE DESA HATCHERY SDN BHD [2010] 8 AMR 266, it was held at page 271 paragraph [12] that:-

"Finally there is no requirement in the Bankruptcy Rules that the judgment is to be served by the JC on the JD prior to institution of the bankruptcy proceedings. This cannot invalidate the bankruptcy proceedings..."
