Construction Disputes Asia: Evolution or Revolution?
 
The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Society of Construction Law, Singapore, are jointly organising a Conference on "Construction Disputes Asia: Evolution or Revolution?".  Details of the Conference are as follows:
 
          Date:    17 Sept 2010 (Friday)
          Venue:   Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore
  
This Conference will bring together Asia-Pacific regional experts and leading arbitration practitioners from the construction industry to discuss recent developments, issues and cases.  The programme also includes a session on examining the New SIAC 2010 arbitration rules, their application to construction contracts and the future role of arbitration as a method of resolving construction disputes.
