Part of the "Conversations on the Constitution" series by the Bar Council's Constitutional Law Committee
The "Conversations on the Constitution" series aims to raise awareness and promote discussion among the Malaysian public on constitutional issues and constitutionalism. For this particular forum, the MyConstitution Campaign aims to highlight the constitutional challenges faced by oil producing states in regard to oil royalties. Is it within their constitutional right to expect the payment of oil royalty by the Federal Government?
